You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
